JTA summer camps are all about getting kids out of the ordinary and into the workshop! They’ll use real tools, tackle awesome projects, learn new trades, and probably get a little sawdust on them along the way. No sitting around. No boring lectures. Just hands-on projects, new skills, and a whole lot of fun!

    WHEN CAN I REGISTER FOR SUMMER CAMPS?

    Summer camps will become available in January 2027. Join our email list to be the first to know when registration opens.

    DO YOU OFFER TRACK-OUT CAMPS

    Not at this time! But we do offer single-day workshops throughout the year for kids who want to jump in, build something awesome, and try a new skill.

    DOES MY CHILD NEED EXPERIENCE?

    Not at all! Our camps are designed for beginners. Whether they’ve never picked up a drill or they already love building, theres something for everyone to learn.

    WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING?

    Just themselves, a lunch, a water bottle, and clothes they don’t mind getting a little dirty. We provide the tools, materials, and safety equipment needed for camp.

    ARE CAMPS DROP-OFF?

    Yes! JTA camps are drop-off classes, giving kids the chance to work independently while being supervised by our instructors.

    WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS NEVER USED POWER TOOLS?

    That’s totally okay. Safety and tool instruction are part of the experience, and students are taught how to properly use each tool before getting started.
